Shavei Rachel specializes in arts and communications. Since being established in 1998, the institution has become known as one of Israel's leading arts schools for religious girls, based on the outstanding achievements of its 11th and 12th grade art, drama and film students in the national matriculation (bagrut) exams of the past few years.

Under the auspices of OTS's Ann Belsky Moranis School of Arts, Shavei Rachel's program integrates encounters between Judaism and the world of expression and creativity while offering students a good deal of personal attention and encouragement. All courses at Shavei Rachel are taught on a high academic and Torah level, with attention given to the personal needs of each student. Special emphasis is placed on the spiritual growth of the young women, so that each student may reach her spiritual and academic potential.
